Ngon’s Kitchen began as something personal - a way to stay connected to home through food. Today, it brings people together through Vietnamese cooking, shared meals, and stories that invite a closer look at a food culture far bigger than the few dishes most people already know.

Meet Thuy

After moving to Bozeman, I found myself missing the herbs, ingredients, and everyday dishes that had once been part of daily life in Vietnam. Cooking became a way to stay connected to home and, over time, a way to share it.

What started simply as a personal connection to home gradually grew into cooking classes, seasonal offerings, and intimate pop-up dinners centered around sharing Vietnamese food, culture, and hospitality with the Bozeman community.

Through each gathering, I hope to share not only Vietnamese food, but also the culture and everyday life behind it, along with the kind of connection that happens naturally over a meal.

Pop-Up Dinners

Intimate Vietnamese dinners for small groups, with menus that go beyond the familiar, served mostly family-style with occasional plated courses.

Cooking Classes

Demo-and-hands-on classes that combine practical cooking with cultural insight, offered at selected kitchen venues or in clients’ homes.

A few words from guests who have cooked, dined, and gathered with Thuy Le

“Thuy brings so much cultural insight into the class, not just how to cook, but how and why people eat the way they do in Vietnam."
